Liufa Group Announces Comprehensive Upgrade of Sky Theatre District
According to an official release from Liufa Group today, the Sky Theatre area has commenced a full-scale renovation and expansion project. The redevelopment will focus on enhancing venue quality and guest capacity, with over 2,000 new seats to be added. These improvements are expected to achieve a significant leap in overall service capabilities.

Liuyang River Urban Section Cultural Tourism Project - Comprehensive Tourist Reception & Operations Center (Including Parking Lot) Commences Construction

Project Scope Includes:
• Leisure trail network
• Landscaped plaza areas
• Smart parking facilities
• Water supply and drainage systems
• Integrated pipeline network
• Power supply systems (HV/LV)
• Landscape greening works
• Architectural lighting system
• Waterfront view restaurants
• Operations management center
• Public sanitation facilities
• Security checkpoints
• Passenger wharves
• Supporting ancillary facilities

"We have planned and constructed four parking lots, with Parking Lots No. 2 and No. 3 currently completed and operational," said Zhang Feiyue, Deputy Director of the Engineering Management Department at Liufa Group (Water Construction Investment). "Upon full completion, the project will add 767 new parking spaces, including 30 bus bays and 279 EV charging stations. Combined with the existing 186 spaces in Sky Theater’s earth-sheltered parking structure, the entire complex will offer a total of 953 parking spaces."

The interior spaces of Sky Theater are poised for a comprehensive upgrade.

According to Liufa Group officials, the 2025 Sky Theater District Upgrade Initiative will focus on:
